Pledging
While all gifts support our mission, a pledge is a spiritual commitment: an intentional, prayerful promise to walk alongside this community in a given year. Pledging is not simply about funding a budget. It is an act of worship—offering back to God a portion of what God has given us. Pledges of time, talent, and treasure make ministry possible and express our shared hope for the future of St. John’s. They also allow us to plan boldly and wisely—dreaming, budgeting, and building our common life with confidence. As we work toward our $250,000 goal for 2027, we invite every household to prayerfully consider how they can help build a firmer foundation for St. John's.

How to Make a Pledge
Pledge cards have been mailed out and are available at the back of the church. We encourage you to prayerfully consider your commitment to St. John's for 2027 and place your completed pledge card in the offering plate or bring it by the Parish Office by Thanks for Giving Sunday, November 22. Your commitment helps us plan for the year ahead and sustain the ministries that serve our congregation and the wider community.

How to Pay a Pledge
Making a pledge and paying a pledge are two different actions. Making a pledge is your commitment to contribute a certain amount over the coming year. Paying your pledge means fulfilling that commitment through actual contributions throughout the year. To pay your pledge by making a one-time or recurring gift online click here. If you're updating a recurring gift, please remember to cancel the previous amount and set up a new one.

Giving is a spiritual practice, rooted in gratitude, connection, and trust in God’s abundance. As we look toward 2027, we are called to build A Firmer Foundation for the worship, ministries, and relationships that make St. John’s a place of acceptance, hope, and belonging. Our goal of $250,000 will help us reduce our reliance on reserve funds and sustain the mission we share. Every pledge matters. Together, let us invest in the future of St. John’s and build on the solid foundation of our faith.
